The book by Alexander Nikolaevich Medvedev and Irina Borisovna Medvedeva introduces the reader to little-known ancient Chinese methods of healing the body and strengthening the psyche by influencing certain “magic” points - biologically active points of the body used in Chinese acupuncture.

Using magic points, you can not only get rid of a number of ailments, but also influence your character in the desired direction, changing certain characteristics of your personality, for example, strengthen the will, increase mathematical abilities, sexual attractiveness, level of responsibility and consciousness, get rid of the consequences stress, various complexes, indecision, anxiety and fears.

Laboratory studies have shown that hot spots differ in many ways from other areas of the skin. Electrical resistance in biologically active points is almost two times less than at a distance of one or two millimeters from them, and the electrical potential of these points is higher. Also, biologically active points have a higher temperature and increased absorption of ultraviolet radiation. Studying biologically active points under a microscope showed the presence of richly innervated vascular plexuses in them.

Scientific research confirms that exposure to certain active points of the body is accompanied by the release of certain substances in the body. In particular, exposure to the Xuan-zhong point increases the number of multinucleated leukocytes in the blood, which are necessary to fight infectious diseases and quickly heal wounds.

Impact on the Gao-huang point results in an increase and subsequent increase in the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin volume.

When exposed to the Tai-bai point, the number and activity of mononuclear leukocytes increases.

Personality traits such as will, activity or passivity, determination or timidity, authoritarianism or sexual attractiveness depend on the amount and ratio of certain hormones in the body.

By influencing the magic points described in this book, you can achieve a noticeable therapeutic effect in a relatively short time.

Methods of influencing points

According to Chinese philosophy, an invisible subtle energy called “qi” circulates in the human body, as in the entire universe. Qi is the Chinese equivalent of the word "breath". In the Indian esoteric tradition, this energy is called “prana” or “kundalini”.

Qi circulates through human energy channels just as blood circulates through veins. The doctrine of qi and energy channels forms the basis of acupuncture and reflexology.

It is believed that blood circulation through the vessels is also provided by energy. While the energy moves freely through the channels, the blood also moves; When qi stagnates in certain areas of the body, there is also stagnation in the blood vessels of these areas. For this reason, energy and blood in Eastern medicine are compared to an object and its shadow.

As long as the circulation of qi in the body is not disrupted, a person is healthy both mentally and physically. The circulation of energy is affected by many factors - external, internal, natural, social, etc. It is disrupted by climate changes, strong emotions or lack of necessary stress.

Disturbance in the circulation of qi leads to the fact that in some areas there is an excess or lack of energy. A long-term disruption of energy circulation in a certain area leads first to functional disorders in the body, and then to diseases associated with organic disorders in internal organs or parts of the body. By influencing acupuncture points, you regulate the circulation of energy in a particular organ or zone. When energy circulation is normalized, the symptoms of the disease disappear.

Functional disorders are the most treatable. In this case, the symptoms of the disease can be eliminated very quickly, sometimes even in a matter of minutes. By influencing the points you can increase the overall tone of the body, strengthen the immune system and prevent the development of various diseases.

There are three main methods of massage: tonic, soothing and harmonizing.

The tonic method allows you to attract energy to an area of the body that needs its influx or to an internal organ. This method has a stimulating, disinhibiting and exciting effect when motor, sensory or secretory function decreases.

This method is characterized by short, quick and relatively mild irritation, accompanied by a slight pain sensation.

The calming method dissipates “harmful” energy, has an inhibitory, analgesic and desensitizing effect with increased motor, sensitive and secretory functions.

This method is characterized by a gradually increasing intensity of irritation, a long duration of exposure and the appearance at the point of influence of the so-called “intended sensations” in the form of numbness, distension, aching or the passage of electric current. The intended sensations can arise not only at the point that is affected, but also spread to the sides from it, sometimes over a considerable distance.

The harmonizing method is a neutral method of influence that strengthens the body's defenses, improves energy circulation and harmonizes the yin and yang of the body.

Tonic techniques are aimed at treating emptiness syndrome, that is, a lack of energy in a zone or point, manifested in decreased sensitivity when it is pressed.

The effect on the area with the toning method is soft, light and superficial. This can be soft and weak superficial pressure; affecting the skin and subcutaneous tissue in circular movements with light pressure on the point up to 50 times per minute; soft, short and light linear ironing with a frequency of 50-100 times per minute; light and fast rhythmic pats from 100 to 200 times per minute, light pinching and shaking of the skin, etc.

Calming techniques are aimed at treating fullness syndrome, that is, at eliminating excess energy in a zone or point, which manifests itself in increased pain in the zone or point when pressed.

The effect on a zone or point with the calming method is longer than with the tonic method. Strong and deep pressure is applied, affecting the subcutaneous tissue, muscles and periosteum. The pressure gradually intensifies from a pleasant sensation to a strong and deep one. Painful sensations during the sedative method should be quite noticeable, but not excessive.

In addition to pressing, deep kneading, rotation with simultaneous pressing, and other techniques that cause intense intended sensations can be used - that is, strong sensations of expansion and heating, bordering on pain.

Harmonizing or neutral techniques are something between a tonic and a calming effect. Pressure and other massage techniques with a harmonizing effect have medium strength and intensity. These massage techniques correspond to the intended sensations of medium strength, accompanied by a pleasant sensation of soft warmth.

It is very important not to forget that depending on the condition of the patient’s body, even when using the same method of influence, the force of influence must be selected individually. Techniques that will have a calming effect in the case of a physically weakened patient with an asthenic constitution, when applied to a strong, athletic person, may not have a calming effect on the point, but, on the contrary, a tonic.

For people of athletic build, engaged primarily in physical work, the impact, as a rule, should be much stronger than for people with mental work.

Sometimes it happens that a strong calming effect has an exciting effect, and light and soft stroking of the point, on the contrary, calms.

People who are starting to practice influencing active points for the first time can, before gaining the necessary experience, use simplified point massage techniques:

With the exciting method, deep pressure with vibration is performed for one minute.

The soothing method involves gentle pressure and clockwise rotation for five minutes.

The harmonizing method is exposure to medium force for two to three minutes.

As you gain experience, carefully listening to the body's reaction to irritation of acupuncture points, you will learn to intuitively determine the nature and strength of the necessary impact on active points.

In addition to the massage effect, you can apply heat to the points. In traditional Chinese medicine, the points are burned with wormwood cones or wormwood cigarettes.

At home, if you cannot buy special wormwood cigarettes, you can use regular cigarettes to warm up the points.

The tonic method - pecking cauterization - consists of holding a smoldering cigarette over the active point, either bringing the end of the cigarette closer or moving away from the point. It is necessary to bring the end of the cigarette close enough to the skin to feel intense heat, but immediately move away from the cigarette so as not to cause a skin burn.

The calming effect - thermal cauterization - consists in the fact that the smoldering tip of the cigarette is stationary above the active point at such a distance that a relatively strong, but not burning heat is felt, so as to prevent a burn from occurring.

The harmonizing method - ironing cauterization - consists of placing the smoldering end of a cigarette over the active point close to the skin, and then moving back and forth over a fairly large surface of the skin. The heat should be noticeable, but such as to prevent burns.

For warming up, it is also convenient to use steel flasks for cognac, shaped like a cigar and have a hemispherical bottom with a diameter of 2–3 centimeters. Water at a temperature of 40 to 60 degrees is poured into the flask. Having wrapped the flask with a rag folded several times to better retain heat, you should attach its bottom to the point on which you are acting.

When warming up, the heat should be intense enough to cause redness of the skin, but without burns. When warming up, a person should not experience excessive pain.

Using a flask, you can also perform pecking (tonic) cauterization. To do this, you need to pour scalding hot water into the flask, wrap it in a rag so as not to burn your hand, then touch the active point with the base of the flask for a split second and immediately remove the flask so as not to cause a burn, touch again, etc. In total, you need to do from 40 to 50 touches.

The water temperature for the harmonizing method of thermal influence should be slightly lower than for the soothing method.

A tonic thermal effect is usually carried out within 2-3 minutes, a harmonizing effect - within 10-15 minutes, a calming effect - within 15-20 minutes.

By carefully monitoring the sensations that arise in the body during exposure to a point, a person, as a rule, can intuitively determine the optimal time and strength of the influence for him. While the impact on the point produces a healing effect, the person experiences a specific feeling of pleasure from the manipulations that he performs, despite the fact that these manipulations may be accompanied by mild pain or some discomfort.

When the impact on the point ceases to be effective, an intuitive feeling arises that it is time to stop it.

For most points, there are periods of the day during which exposure to the points gives the maximum tonic or calming effect. Sometimes the text will indicate the best time to apply the magic points.

In some cases, to achieve lasting results, the impact on the points should be repeated daily for two to three weeks. If it is necessary to repeat the course, you should take a break of one or two weeks before the repeated course. Some effects on points (for example, effects to relieve pain during painful menstruation) give an immediate effect. In this case, repeated exposures are not required.

It is very useful to accompany the impact on the point with a mental idea of the effectiveness of this impact, that it will certainly lead to the desired result.

Finding points

The unit of measurement in which distances are determined when searching for active points is cun, equal in size to the maximum width of the nail phalanx of the thumb of the person on whose body the measurements are being made.

The width of the index and middle fingers combined is equal to one and a half tsuns, and the width of the four fingers of the hand combined together (excluding the thumb) is equal to three tsuns.

For greater accuracy in identifying points, you should palpate the area of the approximate location of the point with the tip of your index finger. The points are located, as it were, in a small depression in the tissues, and the sensitivity of the point differs from the sensitivity of the surrounding tissues - pressure on it is either more painful, or, conversely, the sensitivity of the point is noticeably reduced.

Contraindications for acupressure

Despite the fact that acupressure is indicated for both adults and children, there are a number of contraindications listed below.

  1. Benign and malignant formations of any localization.
  2. Inflammatory diseases with high fever.
  3. Blood diseases.
  4. Active form of tuberculosis.
  5. Organic diseases of the heart and kidneys.
  6. A state of acute mental arousal.
  7. Pregnancy.
  8. Infectious diseases.
  9. Age under 2 years and over 75 years.

You cannot perform a massage within an hour after eating or on an empty stomach, while intoxicated, or in areas of moles, warts, tumors, pustules, wounds, skin lesions, burns, etc.

In any case, before using acupressure methods, you should additionally consult your doctor about possible individual contraindications.

Point preventing hereditary diseases and abnormal fetal development

The French doctor Georges Soulier de Moran, as a result of his research, was convinced that by acting on the Zhu-bin point (Fig. 1) in pregnant women in the third to sixth months of pregnancy, it is possible to prevent the transmission of maternal diseases or hereditary diseases to the child, and also significantly reduce susceptibility to common diseases.

In particular, Georges Soulier de Moran influenced this point in women with syphilis, and the children born from them had no signs of congenital syphilis. Children born from mothers who were exposed to this point were distinguished by a healthy complexion, in infancy they slept calmly at night and smiled during the day, were much less likely to get sick than ordinary children, and if they did get sick, they recovered faster.

According to de Moran, targeting the Zhu Bin point also prevents miscarriages and prevents pregnancy cramps.

To prevent the transmission of maternal diseases or hereditary diseases to the fetus, it is necessary to have a tonic effect on the Zhu Bin point during the period when the woman is in the third and sixth months of pregnancy.

Toning the Zhu Bin point can be done 1 to 4 times during the third and sixth months, but not more than once a week.

To prevent miscarriage, the effect is also performed using the tonic method, but only if there is a threat of miscarriage.

The Zhu Bin point is located 5 cun above the center of the ankle, located on the inside of the leg.

A point that stimulates the development of intelligence, consciousness and internal discipline, as well as growth and physical development in children

Impact on the Tai-Bai point (Fig. 2) with a tonic or harmonizing method from noon to midnight promotes the development of intelligence, helps concentration, general composure, increases the ability to control one’s own emotions, and helps make thinking deeper.

Periodic exposure to this point in children contributes to the development of their consciousness and mathematical abilities.

Experiments have shown that daily tonic influence on the Tai-bai point allows a person to achieve maximum (within the limits of the capabilities given to a person due to heredity) growth and chest coverage.

This point has a good effect in children suffering from slow growth. Impact on this point ceases to be effective after 20 years. Also, influencing her may be ineffective when both parents are short.

After a three-week course of exposure to the point, you should take a break for one to two weeks.

The Tai-bai point is located on the inner surface of the foot, downward and posterior to the head of the first metatarsal bone, where the depression is palpated.

Point for recovery after fatigue, shock, illness

Toning the Hou-xi point (Fig. 3) from midnight to noon (preferably in the morning, otherwise it may interfere with falling asleep) allows you to recover from fatigue, shock, illness, helps with physical and mental weakness, in cases where a person slowly recovers from physical exertion or moral shock, experiences fatigue or depression for a long time, and begins to cry for reasons that are not serious enough.

Impact on this point also has a positive effect on vision, helps with redness, pain in the eyes, farsightedness, and age-related vision loss.

The Hou-xi point is located in the depression posterior to the metacarpophalangeal joint of the little finger on the ulnar side of the hand.

Point for development of will

You can strengthen a person’s conscious will by toning the Fu-liu point (Fig. 4). Impact on this point is recommended in the absence of strength of character, lack of will or determination. Toning should be done between noon and midnight, every other day until results are obtained. As your will strengthens, you can move from a tonic effect to a harmonizing one.

It is advisable after three weeks of exposure to the point to take a break of one or two weeks and repeat the course again.

Effects on the Fu-liu point give especially noticeable results in children who have a weak and indecisive character.

Excessive toning of the point can lead to manifestations of excessive categoricalness, capriciousness, and anger. In this case, you should take a break from the influence and subsequently influence the point using a harmonizing method.

The Fu-liu point is located 2 cun above the center of the inner malleolus, on the posterior edge of the tibia.

The Wai-guan point is located on the outer part of the forearm 2 cun above the wrist fold.

Most people believe that if they have something they don’t currently have, they will become happier, more prosperous, calmer, more loved. They frantically try to achieve what they want - but in the process they do not experience any of the above. Many of us spend our entire lives chasing what we don't have and never becoming what we want to become.

Secret No. 1. be happy

Happiness is not acquired, it is an inalienable human right from birth. People around you are unable to make you happy because The source of true happiness is not outside, but within ourselves. The paradox is that a person can achieve any state as soon as he understands that everything depends on his choice. If you want to become happy, become happy right now, be happy no matter what. Happiness is your choice, not a consequence or result of some action.

Secret No. 2. Evaluate yourself adequately

Adequate self-esteem is absolutely necessary when we have to overcome life's difficulties. It gives us the inner strength to:

  • Do not be afraid of the questions that confront us and find answers to them.
  • Recognize the fact that not everyone likes us.
  • Recognize the fact that we cannot understand all areas of life. And yet, if we want something strongly enough, we can achieve our goal, overcoming obstacles.
  • Try to cope with conflict situations, do not try to hide from them.
  • Admit to ourselves that we are not perfect and we cannot avoid mistakes.

Secret No. 3. Love yourself

The best way to achieve agreement with yourself is the following affirmation: “I love myself and accept myself along with my emotions and sensations.” You can repeat these words out loud or in your mind.

Secret No. 4. Live in the moment

Remember that the most important point is happening in your life right now. Feel joy and happiness right now. Once you stop thinking about what you don't have, you will begin to experience the joy of the present moment. By ceasing to give in to negative emotions, you can free yourself from the burden of past pain. Most people suffer not because of a lack of love: they simply do not realize that all the negativity lies within themselves. We let ourselves down, we set deadlines for ourselves, we make demands on ourselves and we are always waiting for something.

Secret No. 5. “Emotional Balance” Method

Two main methods of achieving emotional balance are working with acupuncture points and affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements about how you would like your life to be. For example, “I respect, accept and love myself.” It is a method of focusing on what we really want. Stop using negative affirmations like, “My job is terrible!” or “I hate my own appearance!” Remember to say your affirmations in the present tense. For example: “I’m happy!”, “I feel good!” or “I have everything I need!” Give up phrases like: “I will achieve this” or “I need this,” because in this case your subconscious will decide that you need all this not in the present, but in the indefinite future.

Secret No. 6. Analyze your emotions

At the end of each day, analyze your emotional well-being. If you experience even the slightest stress, irritation or any other negative feeling, conduct a session using the Emotional Healing Formula method or write about this incident in your diary (don't forget to include the date). Be aware of thoughts in which you criticize, reject, or ridicule yourself. Learn to carefully observe yourself from the outside.

Emotional Healing Formula:

Every day, spend five minutes before bed and five minutes after waking up alone with yourself.

  • Step 1. Remember the problem that made you feel uncomfortable. Focus on her. Try to imagine in your mind how much it affected you. Rate the intensity of your experience on a scale from “0” to “10”, where “0” is a neutral feeling that makes you feel normal, and “10” is the worst feeling imaginable.
  • Step 2. Start massaging the acupuncture points on your body, remembering to say something kind and affectionate to yourself for two minutes.
  • Step 3. Refocus on the problem. Understand how strong the negative feelings are now. Rate their intensity from “0” to “10”. Typically, this step lowers the pain threshold.
  • Step 4. Repeat step 2.

Repeat this cycle until the stress, emotion or problem is completely gone. Typically this takes 7-12 minutes.

2. ANGER.

Suppressed or misdirected anger can cause great harm to the heart and other vital organs. Anger arises for various reasons, from a feeling that you were treated unfairly, misunderstood, insulted, or did not get what you wanted. When dealing with anger, it is important to remember that it does not matter who or what is causing it, anger is energy that needs to be released, riddled from the body. Because anger clouds our vision and logic, it forces us to make hasty and impulsive decisions .

Element: Wood.

Organs: Liver, gall bladder.

Basic emotions: Despair, irritation.

Minor Emotions: Disappointment, envy, bitterness, rage, inability to let go of emotions, feeling taken advantage of, not forgiven.

Affirmation: “I treat myself with deep love and accept myself with my anger and despair.”

Note: This affirmation, like all others, can be slightly modified depending on the specific situation. For example: “I feel deep love for myself, and accept myself along with my irritation”).

Main point: Located on the right front side of the body, midway along the lower end of the rib cage.

Secondary point: On a clenched fist at the end of the main crease of the palm at the intersection of the red and white areas of the skin.

Miscellaneous: When we are angry with someone, we need to release that energy. To do this, we need to forgive the person who made us angry, and we also need to forgive ourselves for allowing someone to make us angry. As long as a person can make us angry, it means that we are holding something inside ourselves and are not letting go. In the case when someone deliberately provokes us, it is easier for us to do this; Such situations are not worth losing energy over. (See Resentment, forgiveness).

Notes: Breathing exercises and loud exclamations help release the energy of anger. It is preferable to exercise, running, jumping and so on.

3. RESULT.

One of the most destructive emotions, resentment, can cause feelings of inadequacy, guilt, depression and worthlessness. It can also cause you to become withdrawn. It can cause almost any feeling: rejection, anger, confusion, mistrust and fear. Feelings of resentment resonate most with the heart when we are open and vulnerable. We can learn to let go of resentment and understand that other people's actions are opportunities for us to learn more about ourselves.

Element: Fire.

Organs: Heart and Small Intestines.

Basic Emotions: Increased sensitivity, loneliness,

Suppression of emotions, overexcitement, guilt,

Shame and disappointment. Affirmation: “I treat myself with deep love and

I accept myself with my feelings of resentment and forgive myself and (the name of the person who you think offends you) for the fact that we did this.”

Primary point: Located in the inner corner of the little finger nail, where it touches the next finger.

Miscellaneous: The ability to forgive is the greatest power that liberates and heals us, thanks to which we can let go of our past. YOU CAN FORGIVE ENDLESSLY! By forgiving, we break our ties with the past and let go of karma. Forgive everyone who offends or has once offended you.

Note: By stimulating the core point associated with the offense and at the same time forgiving, we restore our heart and liver and feel renewed.

4. ALARM

The feeling of anxiety makes us lose a huge amount of energy and creates tension in the body. It also affects digestion and metabolism. In a state of anxiety, we are unable to concentrate and cannot achieve what we want. Ultimately, anxiety affects our self-esteem. The likelihood of accidents increases and attention becomes easily distracted. By learning to successfully manage the energy of anxiety, we can implement many more ideas and achieve our goals with greater ease.

Element: Earth.

Organs: Stomach, spleen, pancreas.

Basic emotions: Anxiety, low self-esteem.

Minor Emotions: Dependency, lack of control, mistrust, fear of the future, disgust, obsession, nervousness, unhappiness and fear of missing out.

Affirmation: I treat myself with deep love and accept myself even when I feel anxious, worried, or underestimate myself.

Miscellaneous: When we are anxious and the same thought haunts us, the main point associated with anxiety will help us break this chain. Anxiety and the images associated with it will quickly disappear.

Primary point: Located next to the eye socket, in the central part of the edge of the bone.

Secondary point for women: From the left side, no line extending from the middle of the armpit to the side line of the bra.

Notes: Many phobias and anxiety attacks are effectively overcome with the help of these points. If this does not happen, professional advice should be sought.

5. SORROW.

The feeling of grief is associated with the loss of loved ones or things dear to us. This is a necessary process for us. If we remember the law of the universe, that no one and nothing ever disappears without a trace, it will be easier for us to accept and endure this feeling.

Attachment encourages us to grieve for what has disappeared from our lives.

In particularly difficult situations, when we are overwhelmed with grief and sadness, we find it difficult to release them: suppressing these emotions can lead to “post-traumatic stress syndrome.” In such cases, grief can lead to constant conflict with the past, and most people are unable to overcome these emotions on their own; many resort to alcohol, drugs and medications. As a rule, crying alone is not enough to release this emotion, and to restore balance we should again turn to the meridians. In such cases, the Emotional Balance method can be of great help.

Element: Metal.

Organs: Lungs, colon.

Basic emotions: Stiffness.

Minor Sadness, depression, loss, melancholy, emotions: faith, hopelessness, inflexibility, tearfulness, defenselessness, strict adherence to rules, perfectionism, guilt. Main “I treat myself with deep love and affirmation: I accept myself along with my grief and sense of loss.” Minor “I treat myself with deep love and affirmation: I accept myself with my rigidity and inability to release emotions.”

Base point: Located on the inside of the thumbnail.

Miscellaneous: People who have experienced grief need to restore their qi. For this to happen as quickly as possible, all points should be activated, one after another, accompanying the massage with appropriate affirmations.

Notes: The Metal element is also associated with other blockages, as a result of which rigidity and perfectionism develop. This is quite difficult to overcome, but with practice anyone can relax and become more flexible.

6. STRESS.

The stress factor cannot be neglected. Anything that drains energy from the body is stress and is directly related to how we relate to everything that comes our way. life path. These are exclusively internal processes that have no relation to external events. There are several ways to overcome stress:

  • Resist him.
  • Suppress him.
  • Take action, integrate with it and release it.

WHAT WE RESIST DOES NOT LEAVE US; WHAT WE SUPPRESS IS HAPPENING US FOREVER. The best method of overcoming stress is to make it dissolve into AIR.

  • Act if there is an opportunity to change something or if something is within our control.
  • Integrate by accepting what we cannot change, what is beyond our control.
  • Free yourself from any tension that interferes with the free flow of energy.

Element: Fire.

Organs: Immune-endocrine system.

Basic emotions: Suppression of emotions.

Minor emotions: Confusion, tendency to reminisce; suppression of anger; feeling of emptiness, trouble; problems with concentration and memory.

Main affirmation: “I treat myself with deep love and affirmation: I accept myself along with my stress.” Minor “I feel deep love for myself and accept myself even when I suppress my emotions.”

Primary point: Located on the line connecting the nose and the middle of the upper lip. Distance: one third from above and two thirds from below.

The secondary point is located on the line connecting the middle of the upper lip to the chin. Distance: one third from above and two thirds from below.

Miscellaneous: The tendency to remember is a re-living of the past: we are not present in the present, indulging in dreams of the past, depriving ourselves of the opportunity to burn karma. We need to let go of everything that happened in the past and create what we need in the present.

Notes: By learning to cope with stress, we acquire one of the most important and useful skills necessary in today's life. The ability to remain calm and focused in the midst of turmoil and chaos is the key to health and longevity.

7. OVEREXCITATION (Lack of neurological stability).

Lack of emotional stability and overexcitation are similar phenomena in nature. In pursuit of pleasure and emotions, you can lose contact with your inner feelings, which leads to its suppression. But by listening to your inner feeling, you can regain contact with it.

By placing your hand on your forehead, you can establish contact with the area of the left and right hemispheres responsible for reflexes; it calms and promotes integration with inner turmoil. This is especially effective if we slow our belly breathing and try to focus on “releasing” with each breath. Continued repetition of the calming words of a core affirmation will help restore emotional balance.

Element: Fire.

Organs: Pericardium and Triple Burner (neuro-endocrine system).

Basic emotions: Suppression of sexuality.

Minor Emotions: Mood swings, paranoia, indecisiveness, confusion, loss of libido, frigidity, impotence, exhaustion, shock, acute trauma.

Main affirmation: “I am absolutely balanced and able to cope with any difficulties with ease.”

Secondary affirmation: “I have deep love for myself and accept myself along with my repressed feelings and repressed sexuality.”

Primary Point: Located on the hand, halfway from the wrist to the outermost knuckles, in the area between the third finger and the little finger.

Minor Point: Located on the middle finger near the corner of the nail on the side facing the big toe.

Miscellaneous: There are many ways and reasons for suppressing sexuality that are not directly related to sex. Sexuality is the masculine and feminine qualities inherent in both men and women. Men tend to suppress their feminine qualities. By not acknowledging their deepest feelings, they suppress their sexuality. Without showing a certain activity and assertiveness, they suppress their masculine qualities. Women tend to suppress their masculine qualities by not dealing with feelings of anger properly.

Notes: In our information-filled lives, lack of emotional stability is a very common phenomenon. Too much influx of sensations and the inability to release accumulated emotions lead to overexcitation. In addition, it can lead to nervous exhaustion. We live in a rapidly changing world in which, as a result of the suppression of emotions, ideas about the roles of men and women are blurred.

In the next chapter, I will discuss additional methods for achieving Emotional Balance in Everyday life. Healing from your major emotional traumas will happen so quickly that you will wonder: why don’t doctors resort to these methods?

Chapter 9

Chakras

Seven gates of consciousness

SURRENDER COMPLETELY - WITH YOUR WHOLE BODY, YOUR WHOLE LIFE, YOUR INNER BEING - AND YOU WILL FIND CALM, LIGHTNESS, STABILITY AND INPRESSABLE HAPPINESS.

Yuan Wu, Zen Wisdom

The quantum body is an energy hologram that does not fit within one life and is an expression of our spirit and consciousness. By shifting the focus of our attention from physical desires, needs and suffering to the quantum body, we have the opportunity to raise the level of our consciousness. The quantum energetic expression of our consciousness determines not only our personality, but also what we attract into our lives, as it is the most important channel that brings antimatter into our lives. Everything that is material initially exists in the form of some immaterial model, in the form of antimatter.

Today, probably, everyone has already heard about the “Star Trek” phenomenon, when a person moves in space, literally dissolving at one point and materializing at another (“Point me up, Scotty!”). By becoming aware of the function of the chakras in our body, we can access and transform our immaterial model. Chakras are important energy centers located near the central nervous system and endocrine glands. Chakras act as senders and receivers of information. They work in tandem with the meridians and play a huge role in spiritual development. The meaning of chakras is great and varied. To manifest consciousness, we always resort to the chakra system. We also use chakras and meridians to access subtle information.

In his book Science and Human Transformation, Dr. William A. Tiller talks about research conducted using special instruments that can determine electromagnetic radiation(EM). He discovered that the human body emits energy, EM, as a result of various and complex processes, including the shift of atoms, physical rotation, vibration of molecules, movement of cell membranes, pulsation of organs and, in general, all movements of the body. The greater the entity that causes the electrical charge to shift, the lower the frequency of EM in the body. Incoming EM waves of a certain frequency activate that body organ or tissue that resonates with a specific frequency. His conclusion is that the human body can be considered as a kind of transmitter, equipped with a receiver and an antenna.

It should be noted that if there is no harmonious relationship between the movements of body organs of different sizes, then integration with quantum energy does not occur, and the radiation flow emanating from the body will not have a model. In other words, if the body is disharmonious, then the information coming from it is also disharmonious. As you remember, our consciousness attracts what it emits. The opposite is also possible: the more coordinated the movements between different organs and tissues, the higher the likelihood that EM radiation will occur, and the greater the volume of information. In order for our state of consciousness to manifest itself most effectively, it is extremely important to synchronize all parts and organs in the system of our body for better integration and greater harmony between them.

Lack of congruence, confused thoughts, feelings of guilt are emotions that contribute to chaos and disharmony in our body system. Dr. Tiller has identified key EM outlets that he relates to the following sources: physical, etheric, astral (emotional), instinctive mind, intellect, spiritual mind and spirit. All these sources are unique and emit information at different frequencies. There is a gradual increase in the speed of vibrations corresponding to higher and subtler worlds. Moreover, these worlds and vibrations correspond to the seven chakras of the body! The higher we rise from the heels to the head, the more refined the energy.

In the animal world, many animals have an “antenna built into their body”, with the help of which they receive information about environment and communicate with representatives of their own species. As far as the human body is concerned, autonomous nervous system ANS, according to Dr. Tiller, is capable of performing the function of such an antenna. The ANS affects the endocrine glands, heart, respiration, circulation and peristalsis. It also functions as a wonderful conductor through nerve fibers to the many nerve endings located just below the surface of the skin. These sensitive endings number in the thousands, giving us greater capabilities than the most advanced radar system.

Yes, you heard right. You are the most sensitive device on earth, you have capabilities that no other device invented by people has. Another scientific fact you should know is that the antenna system in the human body is capable of operating over a very wide range. With your eyes closed, you can sense that on the opposite continent someone is secretly plotting a terrorist attack.

Acupuncture points on the human body

ABOUT One of Dr. Tiller's key findings is that primary structural elements The acupuncture antenna system is located not on the physical, material level, but on the etheric level. Acupuncture points are measured using sensitive instruments and are found to have weaker local resistance than surrounding skin, despite the fact that the histological difference between them and the surrounding tissue is not great. In other words, acupuncture points differ from surrounding areas of the skin in their energetic vibration. To put it even more simply: acupuncture points are related to a different energy system, unlike normal areas of the skin. They are part of a complex bioenergetic regulatory system associated with the seven chakras.

Thanks to the acupuncture meridians, along which the flow of chi energy moves, we can establish a connection between the internal physical substance of the body and its subtle substance, as well as with our environment, with other beings, and perhaps even with beings not belonging to our species. There is a possibility that even more subtle levels of energies and substances are involved in this antenna system, but they are not yet measurable.

The chakra system is intertwined with the endocrine glands, which control all chemical processes in the body through hormones. The chakra system, together with the endocrine system, transforms subtle-level energy into physical-level energy, since the chakras translate information into biological language. In other words, our current way of thinking, which is based on our past, influences our body through the chakras. Thus, the two main antenna systems in our body function in close cooperation with each other. The chakras and endocrine gland system transfer subtle energies into the physical body through the nerve plexus system. In general, the central nervous system and the hormonal system are also involved in the system that helps us adapt to subtle energies. The entire system is designed in such a way as to renew and revitalize our organs, ensuring their coordinated, harmonious functioning.

Based on Dr. Tiller's remarkable discoveries, we can expand our research on the chakras and their roles. Chakras are an integral part of the spiritual tradition of the East.

Carolyn Mewes, renowned for her medical intuition, wrote the book Anatomy of the Spirit, which became a bestseller. In this book she draws a parallel between the chakras and the seven “sefirot” (spheres) of the Jewish Kaballah, as well as the seven sacraments

Catholic Church. According to the mystical traditions of these two world religions, the ten qualities were distributed on seven levels, and the qualities associated with each level corresponded to the seven chakras (see illustration on page xxx).

Moos writes: “The essence of spiritual development is to learn to face life’s difficulties, armed with all these qualities. When illness and crisis are viewed as an opportunity to bring spiritual truths to life, this level of perception promotes healing.” In the chakras, any new influx of information is comparable to problems unresolved in the past; and a certain direction arises towards resolving previous problems, or situations arise when these problems again confront us.

American doctor, psychotherapist, kinesiologist John Diamond proposed a daily program of point stimulation to increase the overall level of vital energy and health.

These are common acupuncture points located on the front surface of the chest.
They are easy to find and easy to work with!
Each organ is associated with its own emotion and its own location on the body.
John Diamond offers each organ its own affirmation, which should be repeated when tapping the point.
An affirmation is a verbal statement, an energetic pronouncement of your good message to your body!
The strength of the action depends on the sincerity of the affirmation.
Each phrase should be repeated several times.
The whole program works better if it is repeated at least once in the morning and evening.

Percussion or tapping begins from the thymus zone, or the point of the OCEAN OF ENERGY.
And we end with this same point.
Before percussion, prepare your hands:
- wash with soap,
- rub your palms for a long time until hot
- raise it above your head and relax your arms downwards. Swing your arms. Repeat shaking your hands until needles appear at your fingertips. Now your hands are ready to go.

Tapping with a relaxed hand, like a hammer, for 10 seconds, then change to light clapping with your palm and repeat again until the point is activated. The point should “breathe.” Voltage enters and exits through the active point. Energy and information.

1 – THYMUS – two to three transverse fingers below the jugular notch (hole in the neck).
“There is love in me. I am the love! I am the Light! Faith, gratitude, courage!”
Love yourself with all your heart!

2 – Lungs – 2 transverse palms (!) to the sides from the middle of the chest
2nd intercostal space. “I am modest, pure, quiet and moderate” Observe our beautiful and fresh breath.

3 – Pericardium. The 5th intercostal space is the center of the sternum.
“I let go of the past, grievances and pain. I am Generous, Generous and Broad. I am kind - that’s why I am energetically big! My aura is growing! My aura is clean, light, bright »»

4 - Liver - along the nipple line, 6 intercostal space - (in men under the nipple) - in women there is usually the lower border of the mammary gland.
“I am happy. I am grateful to God for everything! I forgive everyone, may everyone forgive me too!”

5 – Gallbladder – 7th intercostal space, two fingers below the previous point, the same nipple line. “I open up in love and forgiveness” Image of a flower.

6 – Heart – xiphoid process of the sternum. In the pit of my stomach. Midline: Where the ribs diverge.
“Love always blooms in my heart!” It is advisable to feel the aroma.

7 – Stomach – the middle of the distance from the navel to the previous 6th point. The middle from the xiphoid process of the sternum to the navel.
“I’m satisfied, I’m full and calm.” Balance of mind and body.

8 – Spleen – free end of the 11th rib (we have 12 in total) Lateral line.
“I believe in the future. I'm confident in the future. I'm safe"

9 – Kidneys – free end of the 12th rib.
“My sexual energies are balanced.” These two points (8 and 9)
You can tap it lightly with your fist.

10 – Large intestine. Side line. 3 transverse fingers away from the navel at its level.
“I am kind... I am very kind.... I’m like the sun!” Relaxation of the abdomen. It would be nice to hear a rumbling sound.

11 – Thyroid gland. Midline – 2 transverse fingers under the navel
.“Overflowing with sunshine! ...I have a lot of bright vital energy. I radiate and warm everything around me!”

12- The bladder is the middle of the pubic bone. Feel and press - realize where, then start percussion.
“I am in harmony, balance and peace. Silence and grace"

13- Small intestine - 3 transverse fingers below the navel
“I'm jumping for joy. I am cheerful and cheerful"

And we finish with percussion again the points of the thymus - (1) -
“I am full of vital energy. I'm in love"

Tap each point, and pronounce the affirmations out loud or silently.

After charging your body with light like this, you will want to hug someone - well, don’t restrain yourself
.
You can also charge water!
We use a flash photo on the water (we clear it of information), and hug the jar with our palms.
With my eyes closed and we see how light flows from our palms and fills all the water molecules with light!
You can see how the spirals twist and expand - like the galaxies of the universe.
