They will reduce the impact of adrenaline on the nervous system and help the cardiovascular system cope with unusual stress.

Some medicinal plants will serve as general strengthening agents that can spur adaptive mechanisms in a difficult period. This is tea from strawberry leaves, juice from fresh aloe leaves (twice a day 20 minutes before meals), eucalyptus tincture (15 drops three times a day after meals). Tincture of peony and valerian will help calm tense nerves and deal with anxiety and insomnia.

People in whom magnetic storms cause a decrease in blood pressure will find it useful to cheer up - so extracts of Chinese lemongrass, ginseng, and rose root (without alcohol, of course) are suitable for them. As early as September 3, astronomers’ forecast for the next four weeks indicated only a weak storm in mid-September, but already on September 6, quite strong solar flares were recorded, which led to a storm in the next few days. These flares came as a complete surprise to astronomers, since in general the Sun was in a quiet phase.

Solar activity at the end of September, as we noted above, was also underestimated. We will continue to monitor the forecasts of Russian astronomers regarding solar activity and the schedule of magnetic storms for October.

As for the hourly schedule, it is compiled closer to the beginning of the storm, when astronomers can track events already occurring and give accurate forecasts of when the flare will reach the Earth's magnetosphere.
