Problem and relevance: problem development of imagination preschool age is still highly controversial. Fairy tale is convenient for childhood form of transmission of cultural content. In March 2013 in middle group "IN" work was carried out on project« We compose a fairy tale - we develop our imagination» . This project was carried out as part of the annual task. Promote professional competence teachers in development of imagination in pupils. We also did a lot of work with parents. We introduced them to the tasks of development of imagination in accordance with age and started joint project« We compose a fairy tale together - we develop our imagination» . The purpose of which was development of imagination and the ability to organize action through writing a fairy tale or reworking the plot fairy tales. Involving parents and other family members in joint activities.
Children together discussed with parents the actions of the heroes of their chosen fairy tales and came up with and remade one of the plots fairy tales. Subsequently, the students presented their fairy tale and provided a drawing with a redone plot fairy tales. The children were interested, they were happy to join in writing and discussing fairy tales, discussed the positive and negative actions of the heroes, translating them into the actions of peers and adults.
