To be fair, it should be noted that in fact the future commercial facility does not affect the protected zone, but it is planned to be built just a hundred meters from the monument. It is difficult to assess today how much it will “press down” the monument even more. There is still no official information about exactly what the object will look like, what its height and configuration will be. The owner is silent, and the city authorities are silent, citing confidentiality of information.
