GENERAL PROVISIONS These Regulations have been developed in accordance with regulatory legal documents Federal Law 273-F3“0b education in Russian Federation» from; Recommendations for planning, organizing and conducting laboratory work And practical classes in educational institutions of secondary vocational education(Letter of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated in/16-13; Standard regulations on an educational institution of secondary vocational education (secondary specialized educational institution), approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 18, 2008 543; Charter of the State Budget Educational Institution SPO TK 34; Requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2008 and regulatory documents college in the field of quality management system. The educational laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the laboratory) is the material, technical and methodological base educational process and is a specialized audience intended for joint activities of teachers (masters industrial training) and students when studying disciplines, professional modules in full compliance with the current Federal State educational standards in the specialty and is guided by the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and the college’s regulatory documents in the field of QMS, curricula and programs. The educational laboratory is also intended for independent, circle, consulting and technical work of students Regulatory basis The organization of the laboratory's work is: the internal labor regulations of the college; regulations on the educational laboratory; list of standard equipment, map of equipment of disciplines, professional modules; order from the director to assign laboratories to a specific employee (laboratory manager); safety instructions, labor protection stand; 2

3 laboratory development plan; work schedule (schedule of classes, consultations, clubs) The main tasks of the laboratory to create educational, methodological and material complexes to support the educational process: - providing the educational process with the necessary visual aids, devices, parts, tools, instructions for conducting laboratory and practical classes, standard, handouts materials, tables, electronic equipment, technical means, etc. in accordance with the necessary requirements; - creating conditions for independent work students, completing course projects (works); - organization of group work on the subject and technical creativity of students; - organization of lectures, master classes, conferences, seminars, meetings and conversations with enterprise employees; - organizing the production of visual aids by students and participation in exhibitions of technical creativity; - organizing and conducting professional skills competitions; - effective use of allocated technical means; - maintaining the training laboratory in proper sanitary condition. II. MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL BASE OF THE TRAINING LABORATORY 2.1. The material and technical base of the laboratory is a complex of specialized equipment in accordance with the requirements of the State Standards and Federal State Educational Standards and the list of teaching aids that meet current state taught academic discipline and professional modules, as well as scientific and technological progress in the industry for which the branch prepares specialists. The material, technical and didactic base of the laboratory ensures the scientific organization of the educational work of teachers and students, contributes to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of educational

4 processes and includes the necessary scientific and methodological materials, systematized visual aids, technical teaching aids Educational materials: state educational standards; federal state educational standards; current standard and working learning programs; discipline equipment maps; structural-logical diagrams ( interdisciplinary connections) disciplines taught; extracts from the relevant qualification characteristics of the specialty; basic educational, reference, normative, additional literature; cards for provision (equipment) of training sessions in the discipline; calendar schedules of types of educational activities of students carried out in the classroom; methodological instructions and recommendations, instructions for types of independent work of students, implementation of course projects; methodological instructions and recommendations, instructions for types of practical classes and laboratory work; materials for course and diploma design; handout material by topic academic disciplines Visual and technical teaching aids: visual materials (photos, paintings, posters, drawings, maps, tables, diagrams, diagrams, graphs, etc.); layouts, samples, dummies; local TSO - screen (slides, filmstrips, projectors); audiovisual (movies, videos, disks); computer technology and personal computers. III. ORGANIZATION OF WORK OF THE TRAINING LABORATORY 3.1. Organizational work Preparing the laboratory for the beginning of the academic year; Creating a laboratory operating schedule; Drawing up schedules of classes, independent work, study groups and conducting consultations; Drawing up a work plan for the manager. IV. DOCUMENT ENTATION OF THE TRAINING LABORATORY 4.1. 6 4.8. Journal of sanitary and technical condition of the laboratory. V. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HEAD OF THE TRAINING LABORATORY 5 1. The head of the office (laboratory) is obliged to: Ensure the implementation of the programs of disciplines, professional modules studied in the laboratory; Maintain in good condition the equipment, furniture, inventory, technical teaching aids located in the laboratory; Engage in aesthetic and subject design of the laboratory, take measures to acquire and produce the necessary visual aids, equipment, materials for technical teaching aids, etc.; Carry out extracurricular work for students in the laboratory, provide advisory assistance; Participate in exhibitions of scientific and technical creativity of students; Timely submit requests for materials, tools, equipment necessary for conducting classes; Keep records of the movement of materials and tools, write them off in a timely manner, and carry out an inventory of material assets in a timely manner; Use modern technical teaching aids and keep records of their use; Submit required reporting materials in a timely manner; Ensure safe conditions for conducting classes in the laboratory. LABORATORIES OF THE NOVOKUZNETS BRANCH INSTITUTE

KEMEROVSK STATE UNIVERSITY

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1-1. Educational and research (problem) laboratories are divisions of the Scientific Research Institute of KemSU, are part of the departments and report to the heads of the departments.

1-2. Laboratories operate according to approved curriculum and thematic plans.

1-3. The work of the educational and research laboratory is supervised by the head, who is appointed on the proposal of the head of the department and performs duties in accordance with job description.

1-4. Annual educational plans research work and proposals for implementation in educational process new tools and methods are reviewed and approved by the Academic Councils of the faculties of the Scientific Research Institute of KemSU. Plans for educational and research work are coordinated with the educational and scientific departments.

1-5. Issues related to the activities of laboratories not covered by these regulations are resolved by the governing bodies of the Scientific Research Institute of KemSU.


II. TASKS AND ORGANIZATION OF WORK OF EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH LABORATORIES OF NFI KEMSU

The purpose of creating educational and research (problem-based) laboratories is to study processes and conduct laboratory work for the implementation of workshops, coursework and diploma projects by students of relevant specialties, conducting scientific research(state budget and self-supporting).

II-1. Educational and research work in laboratories is carried out by teaching staff, educational and support staff of departments, graduate students, interns and undergraduates after instruction and passing a safety exam.

II-2. The governing bodies of the Scientific Research Institute of KemSU and the Academic Council have the right to familiarize themselves with the work of laboratories and demand the provision of information on the progress of work and the implementation of safety instructions.

II-3. If safety precautions are violated, work is suspended and the employee is suspended from work until the decision of the labor protection commission.

II-4. Financing and logistics of the educational and research laboratory are provided from:

a) budget allocations allocated according to approved estimates for
basis of the application;

b) targeted allocations, limits and material and technical resources
owls allocated from the state budget or funds for the maintenance of higher education
establishments;

c) funds received under contracts with the customer.

II-5. Financing of operations and their accounting is carried out by the university’s accounting department.

III. ORGANIZATION AND LIQUIDATION

III-1. Proposals justifying the need to create educational and research laboratories are discussed at the Academic Council of the NFI Kem-GU and submitted by the director of subordination to higher organizations.

III-2. The justification for the creation of educational and research (problem) laboratories should include:

a) available developments, equipment, materials, personnel, plans for scientific research;

b) the candidacy of the head of the laboratory, the teaching staff, the number of graduate and undergraduate students who will work in the laboratory;

c) goals and objectives of the educational and research (problem-based) laboratory,
topic, scientific direction, expected results;

d) availability of space for a laboratory, higher education contingent
institutions (full-time and distance learning);

e) the size of appropriations and limits for the installation of equipment, construction
work, number of employees and wage fund, current
laboratory expenses;

e) draft staffing table, stages of allocating the number of personnel and labor limits;

f) a list of necessary educational and scientific equipment, equipment
ditch and installations, the amount of equipment costs, its delivery schedule and
installation

III-3. The decision on the creation and closure (reorganization) of laboratories is made by the director of the Scientific Research Institute of KemSU.

II-4. Financing and logistics of the educational and research laboratory are provided from:
