Accounting for individual achievements of applicants. Current information for applicants What is a ranked list of applicants
4. Why up to 27? Since July 26 is the last day for submitting documents for full-time and part-time forms of study on a budgetary basis (if you are enrolling only on Unified State Exam results)
As you can see, in the document submission summary, all applicants are arranged by the date of submission of documents (and in some cases by last name), so it is difficult to immediately assess your place.
Therefore, whether you bring documents on the first day or the last, nothing will change, as the submission dates will no longer be in the ranked list!
Let's give them surnames: Falomkina, Pokrovskaya and Malinskaya.
They all submitted documents on 1 day
Ranked list
Notes:
1. In the first column you can now see your real position in the ranking.
2. To assess your chances of admission, you first need to know the number budget places.
I recommend that you look at how many places are allocated for the general competition. We will build on this figure. (But if the places that were intended for benefits/targeted people, etc. received less people, than the places that have been allocated, they go into the general competition)
Enrollment in a university occurs in 2 stages:
1. 80% of seats filled
80% include those applicants who provided the original and a statement of consent to enrollment first on the list.
Those. If we take our list, then let's count who is included in this 80%.
First you need to understand what number to count 80% from. This percentage is determined from the number of places in the general competition.
Let's say that we have 10 of them. Then 8 people will be enrolled in the first wave (80% of 10).
Let's get back to our girls.
Malinskaya decided to give the original certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment, since she would pass in any case (she is the sixth out of eight vacant places).
Falomkina still has doubts and brings nothing. She has another university in mind.
And Pokrovskaya decided to try her luck and give the original and application for consent to enrollment.
We remind you that the deadline for providing the original certificate and application for consent to enrollment is as follows:
Thus, we mark the first 8 people on the list with the original certificate and statement of consent to enrollment.
In our case, these are people numbered 2, 3, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15.
But, let’s say, person number 8 writes a statement of consent to enrollment, then number 15 will not be included in the first wave.
Therefore, keep track of your place in the ranking every day, because universities update these lists every day.
Order of admission
The enrollment order itself will include only those who have provided a certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment.
Thus, in the first wave, the passing score for full-time budget education in sociology was 176.
Here we see that our Malinskaya passed easily. But Pokrovskaya, despite the fact that she has less points, than Falomkina, she entered.
Let us now trace the second stage.
Those who were enrolled in the first are eliminated from the competition.
Let us remind you that we only have 2 vacancies left.
Falomkina, knowing that in the first wave the passing score was lower than hers, decided to also give the original and a statement of consent to enrollment.
Dulepin also brought a statement of consent to enrollment. He initially wrote it for another area of training (and did not pass there), but exercised his right to rewrite it.
Order for enrollment in the second stage.
Thus, the passing score for the second stage was higher than for the first.
Results
So let's summarize.
Let's check how the admissions system has settled in your head.
We submit documents for full-time and (or) part-time and part-time forms in the period from June 20 to July 26. There is no point in running a mandatory 20, because in the final ranking everyone will be ranked according to Unified State Exam scores.
For example, 100 people will be enrolled in the first stage, and you are the 79th, then you can safely bring documents.
Or, as in our example, Malinskaya was the 6th out of 8 possible places.
To enroll, it is enough to bring a certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment.
Deadlines for submitting a certificate and application for consent to enrollment:
You can increase your chances of admission by using the following techniques:
It often happens that in one direction a university organizes several profiles (programs) of study. If they all fit your Unified State Examinations, then you have the right to apply for ALL of these profiles. In this case, you will only use up one attempt out of three.
For example, 03/44/05 Teacher Education(with two training profiles)
Possible profiles:
Technology + economics
Primary education + foreign language
Primary education + computer science
Preschool education + foreign language
Pre-school education + primary education
Social studies + economics
If you apply for all of these profiles, it will not count as multiple attempts.
Plus, it is possible that for these profiles there is training in various forms (full-time, part-time, part-time, part-time, part-time using distance learning). These are all different competition groups. If possible, serve again for everything.

Ranking – distribution of objects in order of their primacy.
The word “Ranking” comes from the word “Rank”, that is, primacy, seniority, predominant importance.
To study objects in a certain row (number in a list, etc.). Usually the rating is used to determine the place. Also, from a mathematical point of view, using a rating (ranking), you can determine the score (sometimes derive the average).
Data ranking, that is, assigning ranks to list subjects, happens according to certain rules:
- decide on the direction of ranking (from smallest to largest or from largest to smallest);
- assign the maximum rank (select either the best indicator or the worst):
- be sure to check whether a mistake has been made (to do this, add up the assigned ranks and compare them with the sum of the serial numbers)
- if the amounts coincide, then the ranking is correct.
The most basic example of ranking is the construction of school students by height on the ruler, at the lesson physical culture(students are lined up from the highest and, subsequently, in decreasing order), on social networks you can often find ranking by popularity (first they show “TOP”, then depending on the decreasing popularity).
Of course, there are universities that admit students without entrance examinations. Then the ranking of applicants is carried out on the following points:
- members of national teams;
- winners of All-Russian Olympiads;
- winners of All-Russian Olympiads;
- winners of Olympiads (this includes district, regional and intercity Olympiads).
Now let’s talk about how the word “Ranking” can apply to lists of applicants (students) entering universities.
Let's imagine that there are 200 places in the psychology department. And 300 people submitted documents. This is where ranking begins. Initially all applicants check for benefits and allowances. This is also a kind of ranking. For example, there are universities that allocate 10% of 100% to places intended specifically for beneficiaries (disabled people, orphans, etc.).
It is these applicants who are at the top of the list for admission to the Faculty of Psychology. But the number of free places is also conditional. Therefore, ranking is carried out here too. IN in this case The championship is calculated based on the results of the Unified State Exam (in some universities, good or excellent passing of the GTO standards is a plus).
Next to them are applicants who arrived on a general basis (mostly paid places). A different ranking method is used here. In this case, not only the results of the Unified State Exam, but also all kinds of diplomas, certificates of merit, merit, etc. are in favor.
Thus, the university recruits 200 applicants, starting with beneficiaries and ending with the extreme ones on a reducing scale of points.
But there are also cases when students give up their place for one reason or another. Then the ranking begins again. Recruitment opens again. The list of two hundred is supplemented by those who were, for example, 201 - 210. Subsequently, until the end of the list of applicants to the university. Places for applicants may change more than once. Until this department at the university is fully staffed.
For applicants, there is a ranked list for admission to the university. As a rule, it is located at the information desk. Why is this being done? They are made so that the applicant can see his place in the ranking. Basically, during recruitment, this list is updated every day (or as applicants move).
Completed list applicants can also be ranked. For example, alphabetically.
IN modern world people cannot do without mathematics. This is an exact science that requires order. This is one of the main advantages of ranking.
This is a kind of mathematical branch that requires attention, accuracy and does not accept any deviations. Otherwise, quite a lot of upheaval may occur.
For example, if the calculation is not made correctly, then an applicant with a low score will be able to get to the faculty (budget), and an applicant with the highest score will be forced to enter the same faculty, but on a paid basis.
In other words, ranking allows:
- highlight higher quality work;
- well-deserved place in the ranking grid;
- clearly highlight the edges from largest to smallest and vice versa;
- find necessary information(more popular, better quality, etc.).
1.
Lists of applicants are ranked in descending order of the amount of competitive points.
2.
If the sum of the scores on the entrance examinations of applicants coincides, then the lists are ranked according to the priority of the entrance examinations. To rank (compile) lists of applicants, the university sets the priority of entrance examinations.
3.
If the categories from points 1 and 2 are equal, more high place occupied by applicants who have preferential right of admission.
How the lists of applicants without entrance examinations are ranked:
1.
members of national teams;
2.
winners All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren;
3.
winners of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren;
4.
champions and prize-winners in the field of sports;

Ranked lists of people applying for budget places at MSU named after M.V. Lomonosov in 2018 were published on the website of the Central Admissions Committee of MSU on July 27 at the address: http://cpk.msu.ru/rating. These lists are updated several times a day and contain detailed information about the scores of each applicant and whether he submitted consent for enrollment and the original certificate to this faculty or to Moscow State University as a whole.
The Faculty of Soil Science publishes its competitive lists, which are updated in real time and contain information about the plans of applicants, allowing one to predict the possibility of admission of applicants lower on the list.
We remind you that when submitting documents for enrollment, you must provide additional 3x4 photographs on matte paper (the total number of them in the file should be 8 pieces - they will be pasted into your student ID, grade book, library card, etc.).
To receive a referral for a medical examination, you need to have your compulsory medical insurance policy, certificate 86u and vaccination certificate with you.
Copies of SNILS and TIN are also required - these documents are needed to receive a scholarship. If the applicant does not have them, they must be issued before September 1 and copies must be brought to the faculty.
Currently, the technical passing score for budget places in the second wave of enrollment is 374 to the department of "Soil Science" and 290 to the department of "Ecology and environmental management".
At the CPC meeting on August 3, it was approvedpassing score for applicants for a contractin the amount of 50% of the maximum possible total score. Thus, all applicants who passed the exams and scored at least255 points for the Soil Science department and205 to the department of "Ecology and environmental management",recommended for enrollmentfor contract places and will be enrolled in the 1st yearin case of concluding a contract and paying tuition in the first semester, regardless of their number.
Department of Soil Science
For comparison, you can read. Last year, the passing grade for the Soil Science department was 384 , and the position of an applicant enrolled in a budget place with this score is 132 (in the first wave - 393 and 114, respectively). Please note that those who took their documents after admission to another place are not included in this number, and also that last year more people were enrolled without exams and under a target quota - therefore, in 2018, a larger number of positions will be accepted. Information on last year's passing scores for all faculties can be found at: https://www.msu.ru/entrance/pr-b-2017.php
57 . Enrolled without exams 1 56 45 applicant who has submitted the original document on education and consent to enrollment before 18:00 August 1 18:00 August 6
11 positions according to the originals
Since 2016, there has been a limit on the number of opportunities to submit an application for consent to enrollment at a university of two. In this regard, it is advisable to first submit a statement of consent and the original certificate to the university and the field of study that is your priority, if the points you accumulate give you some chance of enrolling there - and transfer the certificate to a place of less priority, but with greater chances for admission only if there are so many applications for consent from persons with higher scores that this makes your admission to budget places impossible. Otherwise, you risk exhausting the specified limit and losing the opportunity to return to the competition that you had the opportunity to withstand.

Department of Ecology and Nature Management
Total budget places in the department 25 . No exams, special and target quotas enrolled 8 people, there are places left for the general competition 17 . At the first stage it was enrolled 14 applicants who have submitted the original document on education and consent to enrollment before 18:00 August 1. The remaining applicants remain in the competition until 18:00 August 6, when all budget places are filled, including those vacated in the event that previously enrolled applicants withdraw their documents.
Applicants who find themselves in the list below 3 positions according to the originals may contact admissions committee about paid education.
IMPORTANT: Applicants' plans are constantly changing, so stay tuned for updates. If your plans change, please notify the admissions office to inform other applicants.

HOW TO READ COMPETITION LISTS
Competition, competition group– area of training for which a certain number of budget places is allocated (admission plan, check digits reception).
Competitive lists, lists of applicants– these are lists of applicants – candidates for admission – generated for each competition. The candidate’s position on the list is determined by the category of the applicant (applicants without entrance examinations, applicants under a quota with special rights, applicants under a quota with target areas, applying for a general competition) and the amount of points they scored.
To start working with competitive lists, you need to know the admission plan and the organization of the competition for budget places in a specific field of study - this information will be needed to understand where the border of the list of applicants accepted for budget places is, in other words, the border of the list of applicants-candidates for admission.
The competition lists are presented in two versions. The first is a complete competitive list, including all applicants admitted to participate in the competition (with originals and copies of educational documents). The second is a shortened competitive list, which includes only applicants with originals and statements of consent to enrollment.
Ranging lists, i.e. placement of applicants on the lists is carried out in descending order of points according to the following algorithm:
1) based on the sum of entrance test scores and individual achievements,
2) in case of equality of the sum of points for the first subject,
3) in case of equality of points of the first subject with the score of the second subject,
4) in case of equality of points of the second subject with the score of the third subject,
5) in case of equality of points according to paragraphs 1-4, those marked “preferential admission” are placed above.
Passing score- this is the minimum amount of points scored based on the results of the Unified State Exam or entrance examinations, conducted by the university independently, giving the right to enrollment if original educational documents and statements of consent to enrollment are provided. The passing score is determined by the sum of the scores of the last applicant whose number is less than or equal to the number of budget places ( "green Zone" list). During the exchange of copies of educational documents for originals, the value passing score may change; usually in the direction of increase, because the originals are brought in by applicants with a higher total score, displacing applicants with lower scores from the “green zone”.
Blue Applicants considered as candidates for admission at the 2nd (next) stage are highlighted in color in the lists. Gray Enrolled applicants are highlighted in color in the lists. Yellow Applicants who have entered into an agreement are highlighted in color in the lists.
When working with competition lists, the procedure is as follows:
1. Find yourself in the full competition list (copies and originals).
2. If your number on the list is less than or equal to the admission plan, then you are included in the number of budget places, and for enrollment you should provide the original educational document and statement of consent to enrollment until 18:00 on August 1.
3. If you are not included in the number of budget places, but there are applicants on the competitive list who have not submitted the original documents of education, and their number allows for the possibility of you entering the “green zone” (among the number of budget places) if they do not submit the originals, you should submit an application for consent to enrollment and an original document of education and wait for the enrollment procedure. You have a chance to get into budget places.
4. If you are not included in the budget places, and your serial number does not give you a chance to get into the budget places, submit an application for consent to enrollment and the original education document and sign a contract for paid training.
5. If you have submitted several applications to participate in competitions in different areas of training, look for yourself in the appropriate competition lists. And choose the one in which you have best position– either you are in the “green zone”, or high enough to the border of budget places. And submit the original document of education.
6. It should be remembered that at the first stage of enrollment, according to the Admission Rules (acceptance of original documents and applications for consent to enrollment until August 1), 80% of the total number of budget places remaining after enrollment of applicants with special rights will be filled, and targets on July 29. If you are in a competition that is relevant to you within 100% of the specified budget places, but go beyond the 80% limit, then at the first stage of enrollment you will not be included in the order, but you have the opportunity to participate in the competition for the remaining 20% of budget places in the second stage of enrollment (acceptance of applications for consent to enrollment and originals until 18:00 on August 6).
