    general characteristics academic subject

A feature of physical culture as an academic subject is its activity-based nature.

The task of forming ideas about physical culture is not an end in itself, and the knowledge that a junior schoolchild acquires acts as a means of developing his physical activity, mastering physical culture as a part general culture person. The learning process is structured depending on the stage, the goals set at each stage of learning, and can be associated with the development of a particular method of physical activity, mastery of physical exercise, development of physical qualities, etc. To fully implement the program content, in addition to physical education lessons as the leading form of educational organization, physical education and health classes are used during the school day and school week, mass sports events and pedagogically organized forms of classes after classes (sports competitions, sports festivals, sports clubs, therapeutic physical education classes).

When organizing a holistic educational process In primary school, interdisciplinary connections acquire particular importance: the content of physical education is correlated with the content of such educational subjects as the surrounding world, literary reading, mathematics and art. At the same time, when developing interdisciplinary content in the structure of these educational disciplines, it is advisable to focus on expanding and deepening knowledge about physical culture, consolidating general educational abilities, skills and methods of activity that are formed in the process of schoolchildren mastering the content of the academic subject “Physical Education”. This concerns, first of all, compliance with the rules of hygiene, healthy lifestyle, preservation and promotion of health.

    Place of the course in the program

3 hours a week are allocated for studying physical science in elementary school, a total of 405 hours, of which in 1st grade - 99 hours, from 2nd to 4th grades - 102 annually.

  1. Value guidelines for the content of the academic subject

The content of the educational subject “Physical Culture” is aimed at educating highly moral, creative, competent and successful citizens of Russia, capable of active self-realization in social and professional activities, skillfully using the values of physical culture to strengthen and long-term preservation of their own health, optimization of work activity and organization of a healthy image life.

The program of V. I. Lyakh and A. A. Zdanevich uses an integrated approach. The program contains material from four interconnected parts: physical education lessons, physical education and health activities during the school day; extracurricular activities; physical education, health and sports events.

In a programme:

Availability of basic and variable parts;

A detailed description of the content and methods of physical education for both classroom and extracurricular activities;

A convenient form of presentation of the material, allowing you to easily plan your work.

An important feature of the educational process in primary school is student assessment, which is introduced from the second grade. A distinctive feature of teaching physical education in the first grade is game method.

Continuity between initial and high school provides teaching materials for V. I. Lyakh and A. A. Zdanevich.

The textbook “Physical education grades 1-4”, edited by V.I. Lyakh, is well illustrated and available for junior schoolchildren; helps parents introduce children to the basics of physical education and a healthy lifestyle; located at the end of the textbook guidelines for teachers. Criteria and norms for assessing students' knowledge

When assessing academic performance, individual capabilities, level of physical development and motor capabilities, and the consequences of students’ illnesses are taken into account.

Classification of errors and shortcomings, influencing the decline in grades

Small mistakes are considered to be those that do not affect the quality and result of execution. Minor errors mainly include inaccurate take-off, irregular rhythm, incorrect starting position, and “spade” when landing.

Significant errors - these are those that do not cause any particular distortion in the structure of movements, but affect the quality of execution, although the quantitative indicator is not much lower than expected. Significant errors include:

start not from the required position;

pushing far from the bar when performing long and high jumps;

throwing the ball into the hoop, throwing at a target with additional movements;

non-synchronization of the exercise.

Gross mistakes – these are those that distort the movement technique and affect the quality and result of the exercise.

Characteristics of digital mark

Rating "5" awarded for high-quality execution of exercises, minor errors are allowed.

Rating "4" awarded if no more than one significant error and several minor ones are made.

Rating "3" awarded if two significant errors and several gross errors are made. But the student can improve the result with repeated executions.

Rating "2" is set if the exercise is not completed. The reason for non-compliance is the presence of gross errors.

In grades 1–4, a mark for technique is given only when performing exercises in balance, climbing, with elements of acrobatics, during formations, changes, and walking. In other types (running, jumping, throwing, throwing, walking), the result is taken into account: seconds, number, length, height.

Outdoor games in primary school they are an indispensable means of solving a complex of interrelated tasks of educating the personality of a junior schoolchild:

    Development of various motor abilities and improvement of skills. Development of creativity, imagination, attention, nurturing initiative, independence of action, developing the ability to comply with the rules of public order.

Program material on outdoor games is grouped according to their primary impact on the corresponding motor abilities, capabilities and skills of children with disabilities.

    Based on gymnastics with the basics of acrobatics: game tasks using drill exercises, exercises for attention, strength, dexterity and coordination. Based on athletics: jumping, running, throwing and throwing; Exercises for coordination, endurance and speed. Based on sports games: football, basketball, volleyball. Role-playing outdoor games and relay races

As a result of training, students should get acquainted with many games, which will help them develop an interest in gaming activities, the ability to independently select and play them with friends in their free time.

The variety of motor actions included in outdoor games has a complex effect on improving coordination and conditioning abilities (ability to react, navigate in space and time, rearrange motor actions, speed and speed-strength abilities).

Sports games and motor actions from program sports:

In junior school age the foundations of gaming activity are laid, aimed at improving primarily: natural movements (walking, running, jumping, throwing), basic gaming skills (catching the ball, passing, throwing, hitting the ball) and technical and tactical interactions (choosing a place, interaction with a partner , team and opponent), which are necessary for further mastery of sports games in middle and high schools.

    Football: kicking a stationary and rolling ball; stopping the ball; dribbling; (educational game “mini-football”) Basketball: special movements without a ball; dribbling; throwing the ball into the basket; (educational game “mini-basketball”)

· Volleyball: tossing the ball; ball delivery; receiving and passing the ball;

This is the structure of the “Physical Improvement” section allows you to select physical exercises and develop various complexes on their basis, plan the dynamics of loads and ensure continuity in the development of basic physical qualities, based on the age and gender characteristics of students, the degree of their mastery of these exercises, the conditions for conducting various forms of classes, the availability of sports equipment and equipment.

In 1st grade according to the curriculum, schoolchildren primarily master various methods of running, walking and jumping, climbing and crawling; learn complexes of exercises for morning exercises and physical education, complexes for the formation and strengthening of posture, development of flexibility, coordination of movements, strength, speed and endurance. An important feature of the training content is the development by first-graders of outdoor games and the skills of their independent organization and implementation.

In 2nd grade The emphasis in the content of education is shifting to schoolchildren’s mastery of new motor actions used in gymnastics, athletics and sports games. At the same time, a large volume of training in complexes of general developmental physical exercises of various functional orientations, outdoor games focused on improving vital skills and abilities is maintained.

In III grade the volume of physical exercises of increased coordination complexity from basic sports (athletics, gymnastics and acrobatics, football, pioneer ball, basketball), applied physical exercises using sports equipment and equipment increases.

In IV grade At the final stage of primary education, the content of training becomes more complex. This is manifested primarily in the fact that schoolchildren must now master not individual exercises and movements, but elements and fragments of motor activity. So, in the section “Gymnastics with the basics of acrobatics” - this is the development of holistic (competitive) combinations, in the sections “Football” and “Basketball” - a game according to simplified rules.

Mastering the educational material of the practical sections of the program is combined with mastering the fundamentals of knowledge and methods of motor activity.

Corrective exercises - sets of exercises and tasks ( finger, articulation, breathing exercises; gymnastics for the eyes; are aimed at:

    development of spatio-temporal differentiation and accuracy of movements; formation of correct posture; development and improvement of sensorimotor skills; intellectual and cognitive development; psychophysical capabilities.

Material and technical support of the educational process

Pedagogical, aesthetic and hygienic requirements are imposed on physical education equipment.

The selection of equipment is determined by the program objectives of children’s physical education. The dimensions and weight of the equipment must correspond age characteristics junior schoolchildren; its quantity is determined based on the active participation of all children in the classroom process.

The most important requirement is the safety of physical education equipment. To carry it out, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment is firmly installed and that wooden objects (sticks, slats of the gymnastic wall, etc.) are properly processed. They must be well polished to avoid injury. Metal shells are made with rounded corners. The quality of the projectiles, stability, and strength are checked before the lesson.

Working with textbooks on “Physical Education”

Textbooks “Physical Education” consist of two books and four parts.

Book one, part 1 – “Schoolchildren and physical education” (12 topics and an appendix) – is dedicated not just to introducing the student to educational field“Physical culture”, but also leads him to the conclusion that motor activity occupies a very important place in human life. With the help of drawings and questions to them, the student, through reasoning, independently finds answers to the questions: “Why do you need to move?” (p. 8), “Why do you need a daily routine?” (p.12), “How to do exercises and exercise?” (pp. 14-17). In the first part of the textbook, it is proposed to conduct a competition in the classroom “Mom, Dad, Me - a Sports Family”, and also to complete the “Sports Photo Album” project together with loved ones. By completing this project, the child gets acquainted with the sports that his family members enjoy.

Book one, part 2 – “How to become a champion” (13 topics and an appendix) – dedicated to introducing students to the basic physical qualities of a person and the main types of movements. As part of problem-based learning, students are offered a clear work plan, an algorithm with the help of which they can independently become familiar with the physical qualities of a person and types of movements, answer questions about why a person needs them and how to develop them. The second part of the textbook also suggests entertaining material, marked with the heading “For the curious,” which helps expand the student’s horizons and form a holistic picture of the world. To interact with parents, the project “Me, my dad (mom) are champions!” is proposed.

Book two, part 3 – “You and sport” (13 topics and an appendix) – dedicated to the history of the development of physical culture and sports, showing the close connection of physical culture with labor and military activities. With the help of problem situations created in the textbook, the student answers the questions: “How did physical exercises appear?”, “What should a defender of the Motherland be like?”, “Where did the Olympic Games come from?” etc. Getting acquainted with the history of physical culture and sports of our country, the student will learn what the GTO and DOSAAF are, what role they played in the history of the state and why the achievements of athletes are the pride of the country. By getting acquainted with sports and sports games, children will learn how they differ. Several topics under the general title “While Traveling, We Play” not only introduce students to the games of the peoples of the world and Russia, but also build a close connection with a large section of the subject area “The World Around us.” For collaboration child and family, the third part offers two projects: “The Sports Family Tree of My Family” and “What Our Grandmothers Played.”

Book two, part 4 – “I myself (How to be healthy)” (12 topics and an appendix) – is devoted to independent activity and control over physical development, physical fitness and the basics of developing a healthy lifestyle. This practical section is closely related to the development of knowledge and methods of motor activity. In this section, schoolchildren learn basic skills to independently monitor physical development and physical fitness, and provide first aid for minor injuries. Many topics in Part 4 are also related to the formation of the foundations of a healthy lifestyle: “How to strengthen the respiratory organs?”, “Why do you need to harden?”, “Why do you need good habits?”, “How to equip a sports corner at home?”, “Why follow the rules in the game?”, “How to get ready for a hike?”.

Level of education (grade) primary general education, grades 1-4

Number of hours 405

Teacher: Olga Sergeevna Syraya

In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for primary general education

1. EXPLANATORY NOTE

The work program for “Physical Education” grades 1-4 corresponds to:

Requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for primary general education;

The main educational program of gymnasium No. 8.

1-4 grades, M.: Education 2012

Purpose School physical education is the formation of a versatile physically developed personality, capable of actively using the values of physical education to strengthen and long-term preservation of one’s own health, optimization of work activity and organization of active recreation.

The implementation of the goal of the curriculum correlates with the solution of the following educational objectives:

Promoting health, improving posture, preventing flat feet, promoting harmonious physical, moral and social development, successful learning;

Formation of initial self-regulation skills through physical education;

Mastering the school of movements;

Development of coordination (accuracy of reproduction and differentiation of spatial, temporal and power parameters of movements, balance, rhythm, speed and accuracy of response to signals, coordination of movements, orientation in space) and conditioning (speed, speed-strength, endurance and flexibility) abilities;

Formation of basic knowledge about personal hygiene, daily routine, the effect of physical exercise on health, performance and the development of physical (coordination and conditioning) abilities;

Developing ideas about the main sports, equipment and equipment, and compliance with safety rules during classes;

Formation of an attitude towards maintaining and strengthening health, healthy and safe lifestyle skills;

Introducing independent physical exercises, outdoor games, and using them in free time based on the formation of interests in certain types of physical activity and identification of predisposition to certain sports;

Fostering discipline, a friendly attitude towards comrades, honesty, responsiveness, courage during physical exercises, promoting the development of mental processes (idea, memory, thinking, etc.) during motor activity.

Taking into account the above-mentioned objectives of educating primary school students in the field of physical education, the main principles, ideas and approaches in the formation of this program were the following: democratization and humanization of the pedagogical process, pedagogy of cooperation, activity approach, intensification and optimization, expansion of interdisciplinary connections.

The principle of democratization in pedagogical process is expressed in providing each and every student with equal access to the basics of physical education, maximizing the development of children’s abilities, building teaching based on the use of broad and flexible teaching methods and means for the development of children with different levels of their motor and mental abilities, changing the essence of pedagogical relations, moving from subordination to cooperation.

The principle of humanizing the pedagogical process is to take into account the individual abilities of each child and teacher. It is built in accordance with personal experience and the level of achievements of schoolchildren, their interests and inclinations.

Teachers are required to provide children with program material of different levels in complexity and subjective difficulty of mastering.

The implementation of the principles of democratization and humanization in the pedagogical process is possible on the basis of cooperation pedagogy - the idea of joint developmental activities of children and adults, during which they are connected by mutual understanding and penetration into each other’s spiritual world, by a joint desire to analyze the progress and results of this activity.

The activity-based approach consists in orienting the student not only to mastering ready-made knowledge and skills, but also to mastering methods of physical education and sports activities, and to developing the child’s cognitive powers and creative potential. This is a departure from verbal methods and forms of transmitting ready-made information, students’ passivity in the classroom to the active acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities implemented in various types of physical education, health and sports activities.

Intensification and optimization consists of increasing the focus of training and strengthening the motivation for physical education and sports, the use of active and creative methods and forms of training (problem-based, research, associated development of conditioning and coordination abilities, accentuated and comprehensive development of coordination abilities, software-algorithmic methods, group and individual forms of training, circuit training, etc.); in the development of educational work skills; widespread use of computers and other new technical means.

The teacher implements the task of forming a holistic worldview of students, comprehensively revealing the relationship and interdependence of the studied phenomena and processes in the field of physical education on the basis of expanding interdisciplinary connections from the field of different subjects: literature, history, mathematics, anatomy, physiology, psychology, etc.

Physical culture—compulsory training course V in general educational institutions. The subject “Physical Education” is the basis of physical education of schoolchildren. In combination with other forms of education - physical education and health activities during the school day and the second half of the day (gymnastics before classes, physical education minutes, physical exercises and games during extended breaks and in extended day groups), extracurricular work in physical education (general physical training groups , sports sections), physical culture and sports events (days of health and sports, outdoor games and competitions, sports festivals, sports competitions, tourist rallies and hikes)—the formation of the physical culture of the individual is achieved. It includes motivation and the need for systematic physical education and sports, mastery of the main types of physical education and sports activities, and versatile physical fitness.

In the Federal Law “On Physical Culture and Sports” of December 4, 2007. No329-FZ noted that the organization of physical education and training in educational institutions includes the conduct of compulsory physical education classes within basic educational programs in the scope established by state educational standards, as well as additional (optional) physical exercises and sports within the framework of additional educational programs. This program was created taking into account the fact that the physical education system, combining classroom and extracurricular forms of physical exercise and sports, should create the most favorable conditions for the disclosure and development of not only the physical, but also the spiritual abilities of the child, his self-determination.

A distinctive feature of teaching physical education in primary school is a gaming method.

The program material for the section “Outdoor Games” in grades 1-2 includes outdoor games based on basketball; in grades 3-4, the program material also includes outdoor games based on volleyball and football. The program material becomes more complex in sections every year by increasing the complexity of elements based on previously completed ones.

When drawing up the work program, the author's program was adjusted in terms of changing the number of topics and the sequence of their presentation. These changes are caused by the climatic conditions of the region and the capabilities of the material and technical base of the educational institution.

System for assessing planned results

Criteria and norms for assessing students' knowledge

When assessing academic performance, individual capabilities, level of physical development and motor capabilities, and the consequences of students’ illnesses are taken into account.

Classification of errors and shortcomings, influencing the decrease in assessment

Small mistakes are considered to be those that do not affect the quality and result of execution. Minor errors mainly include inaccurate take-off, irregular rhythm, incorrect starting position, and “spade” when landing.

Significant errors- these are those that do not cause any particular distortion in the structure of movements, but affect the quality of execution, although the quantitative indicator is not much lower than expected. Significant errors include:

Start not from the required position;

Taking off far from the bar when performing long and high jumps;

Throwing the ball into the hoop, throwing at a target with additional movements;

Non-synchronization of the exercise.

Gross mistakes- these are those that distort the movement technique and affect the quality and result of the exercise.

Characteristics of digital assessment (marks)

Rating "5" awarded for high-quality execution of exercises, minor errors are allowed.

Rating "4" awarded if no more than one significant error and several minor ones are made.

Rating "3" awarded if two significant errors and several gross errors are made. But the student can improve the result with repeated executions.

Rating "2" is set if the exercise is simply not completed. The reason for non-compliance is the presence of gross errors.

A score for technique is given only when performing exercises in balance, climbing, with elements of acrobatics, when forming, changing formations, and walking. In other types (running, jumping, throwing, throwing, walking), it is necessary to take into account the result: seconds, number, length, height.

The Federal Law “On Physical Culture and Sports” dated December 4, 2007 No. 329-F3 notes that the organization of physical education and training in educational institutions includes the conduct of compulsory physical education classes withinbasic educational programs to the extent established by state educational standards,as well as additional (optional) physical exercises and sports within the framework of additional educational programs.

This program was created taking into account the fact that the physical education system, combining classroom and extracurricular forms of physical exercise and sports, should create the most favorable conditions for the disclosure and development of not only the physical, but also the spiritual abilities of the child, his self-determination.

Purpose School physical education is the formation of a versatile physically developed personality, capable of actively using the values of physical education to strengthen and long-term preservation of one’s own health, optimization of work activity and organization of active recreation.

The implementation of the goal of the curriculum correlates with the solution of the following educational tasks:

  • promoting health, improving posture, preventing flat feet, promoting harmonious physical, moral and social development, successful learning;
  • formation of initial self-regulation skills through physical education;
  • mastering the school of movements;
  • development of coordination (accuracy of reproduction and differentiation of spatial, temporal and power parameters of movements, balance, rhythm, speed and accuracy of response to signals, coordination of movements, orientation in space) and conditioning (speed, speed-strength, endurance and flexibility) abilities;
  • formation of basic knowledge about personal hygiene, daily routine, the effect of physical exercise on health, performance and the development of physical (coordination and conditioning) abilities;
  • developing ideas about the main sports, equipment and equipment, and compliance with safety rules during classes;
  • formation of an attitude towards maintaining and strengthening health, healthy and safe lifestyle skills;
  • introduction to independent physical exercises, outdoor games, using them in free time based on the formation of interests in certain types of physical activity and identifying a predisposition to certain sports;
  • nurturing discipline, a friendly attitude towards comrades, honesty, responsiveness, courage during physical exercises, promoting the development of mental processes (idea, memory, thinking, etc.) during motor activity.

The principle of democratizationin the pedagogical process is expressed in providing each and every student with equal access to the basics of physical education, maximizing the development of children’s abilities, building teaching based on the use of broad and flexible teaching methods and means for the development of children with different levels of their motor and mental abilities, changing the essence of pedagogical relations , the transition from submission to cooperation.

The principle of humanizationThe pedagogical process consists of taking into account the individual abilities of each child and teacher. It is built in accordance with the personal experience and level of achievement of schoolchildren, their interests and inclinations. Teachers are required to provide children with program material of different levels in complexity and subjective difficulty of mastering.

The implementation of the principles of democratization and humanization in the pedagogical process is possible on the basis of pedagogy of cooperation- ideas of joint developmental activities of children and adults, during which they are connected by mutual understanding and penetration into each other’s spiritual world, by a joint desire to analyze the progress and results of this activity.

Activity approachconsists in orienting the student not only to the assimilation of ready-made knowledge and skills, but also to mastering the methods of physical education, health and sports activities, and the development of the child’s cognitive powers and creative potential. This is a departure from verbal methods and forms of transmitting ready-made information, students’ passivity in the classroom to the active acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities implemented in various types of physical education, health and sports activities.

Intensification and optimizationconsists of increasing the focus of training and strengthening the motivation for physical education and sports, the use of active and creative methods and forms of training (problem-based, research, associated development of conditioning and coordination abilities, accentuated and comprehensive development of coordination abilities, software-algorithmic methods, group and individual forms of training, circuit training, etc.); in the development of educational work skills; widespread use of computers and other new technical means.

1.3.General characteristics of the subject

The subject of teaching physical education in primary school is human motor activity with a general developmental focus. In the process of mastering this activity, health is strengthened, physical qualities are improved, certain motor actions are mastered, thinking, creativity and independence are actively developed.

The most important requirement for conducting a modern lesson in physical education is to ensure a differentiated and individual approach to students, taking into account their state of health, gender, physical development, motor readiness, characteristics of the development of mental properties and qualities, and compliance with hygiene standards.

The conceptual framework and content of the course are based on the provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, including:

  • requirements for the results of mastering the educational program of basic general education, presented in the Federal State Standard of Primary General Education;
  • Concepts of spiritual and moral development and education of the citizen’s personality;
  • Law “On Education”;
  • Federal Law “On Physical Culture and Sports”;
  • National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2020;
  • approximate program of primary general education;
  • Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of August 30, 2010 No. 889.

In the program of V. I. Lyakh, A. A. Zdanevich, the program material is divided into two parts - basic and variable. The basic part includes material in accordance with the federal component of the curriculum, a regional component (ski training is replaced by cross-country training). The basic part fulfills the mandatory minimum of education in the subject “Physical Education”. The variable part includes program material on outdoor games based on basketball. The program material becomes more complex in sections every year by increasing the complexity of elements based on previously completed ones.

Today, the subject physical education is taught in all grades, from the first to the eleventh. The most difficult and responsible stage is learning in grades 1 - 4. It is during these years that the child’s entire physical foundation is laid. Moreover, if at this age he is accustomed to sports, then in the future it will be easier for you to teach this student.

Physical education grades 1 - 4 (V.I. Lyakh) is an excellent textbook for primary school physical education teachers. The entire book is divided into two chapters. The first talks about what a child at this age needs to know about physical education (what it is, about olympic games, about a healthy lifestyle, etc.). The second section talks about what a child should be able to do, namely: all the main sports and their advantages.

The book is made in a bright, colorful format so that children will enjoy studying it. Moreover, the textbook was written by Russian physical culture professor V.I. Lyakhom. The books of this author are in great demand throughout Russia.

So, if you are a primary school physical education teacher, then I advise you to download the textbook Physical Education grades 1 - 4 (Lyakh V.I.) 2013 without registration and SMS.
